Put your swashbuckling skills to work on the high-seas of adventure with our Pirates of the Carabiner Summer Camp!

 

Every summer, Rocknasium hosts a Summer Camp for kids ages 6 to 14. Our summer camp program gives kids a chance to have an AWESOME week of climbing and climbing related fun in an exciting setting with cool challenges and a group of other fun kids!

 

Activities and Skills include:
• zip-lining through the sails
• rappelling from the main-mast
• rock climbing techniques for bouldering & top-roping
• walking the plank
• proper use of climbing equipment
• treasure map navigation
• top-rope belaying (for campers 10 and older)
• escaping from Davy Jones’ locker
• teambuilding activities and games
• other “ropes course” activities and high-seas ADVENTURE CHALLENGES!

 

Price & Registration:
ONLY $125 per camper for the first week!

  • Includes an awesome T-shirt!
  • Repeat weeks only $100!

Repeat customers are welcome to a discounted rate of $100 for additional weeks for the same camper. 
Each individual camper must register separately and all campers’ first week registration is at full price.

Dates & Details:

Camps run weekly with our first week of camp starting on June 15th and our last week ending on August 21st. You can sign up for as little as 1 to as many as 10 weeks of indoor climbing camps. Camps are typically 4 days per week -Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (skipping Thursday) with the exception of the week ending with July 4th.


Each day’s session is 3 hours long AND we host two different sessions (AM & PM) each week:

  • A morning session from 9am to 12pm and an afternoon session from 1pm to 4pm.

You can sign up for either OR both! (Signing up for both daily sessions counts as 2 weeks.)


Morning Sessions 9a – 12p
Week 1: June 15, 16, 17, 19
Week 2: June 22, 23, 24, 26
Week 3: June 29, 30, July 1, 2 (Note: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur due to July 4th holiday)
Week 4: July 6, 7, 8, 10
Week 5: July 13, 14, 15, 17
Week 6: July 20, 21, 22, 24
Week 7: July 27, 28, 29, 31
Week 8: August 3, 4, 5, 7
Week 9: August 10, 11, 12, 14
Week 10: August 17, 18, 19, 21


Afternoon Sessions 1p – 4p

Other Info:
Kids should bring ONLY a snack and gym clothes, including socks. Please do NOT send children with other equipment, toys, or items which may be lost or broken.
